01 Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly, information generated through your use of our services, and limited technical data necessary to operate the platform.

• Account data — name, email address, and workspace credentials provided during registration.
• Creator application data — submissions, profile content, and approval status managed within Campaign Review.
• OneLink usage data — click counts, redirect destinations, device type, and geographic region (country-level only) for links you manage.
• Technical data — IP address, browser type, and session identifiers used for security and fraud prevention.

02 How We Use Your Information

We use collected information solely to operate and improve the RED ANT platform.

• To authenticate your account and maintain session security.
• To route OneLink requests to the correct destination (App Store, Google Play, or fallback URL).
• To display analytics dashboards within your workspace.
• To send transactional emails such as password resets or workspace invitations.
• To investigate security incidents or policy violations.

We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising purposes.

03 Information Sharing

We do not share your personal information with third parties except in the following limited circumstances.

• Service providers — infrastructure partners (hosting, email delivery) who process data on our behalf under data processing agreements.
• Legal requirements — when required by applicable law, court order, or governmental authority.
• Business transfers — in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with prior notice to affected users.

04 Data Retention

We retain account data for as long as your workspace is active. OneLink analytics data is retained for 24 months on a rolling basis. Upon account deletion, personal data is purged within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

05 Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data; to restrict or object to processing; and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address in Section 08.

06 Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies to maintain your authenticated session. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics cookies.

07 Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (TLS), hashed credential storage, and access controls limited to authorised personnel. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
