These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and RED ANT Company ("RED ANT", "we", "our") governing your access to and use of the platform available at redant.company and related services.
If you are using the platform on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
You may use the RED ANT platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@redant.company if you suspect unauthorised access.
You must provide accurate and current information during registration. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.
You retain ownership of content you submit through the platform, such as creator applications or OneLink configurations. By submitting content, you grant RED ANT a limited licence to process, store, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the service.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that content you submit does not infringe the rights of any third party and complies with all applicable laws.
The RED ANT platform, including its design, software, trademarks, and all associated materials, is the intellectual property of RED ANT Company. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use RED ANT's trademarks or branding without prior written permission.
We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the platform at any time with reasonable notice where practicable.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice within the platform. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RED ANT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to RED ANT in the 12 months preceding the claim, or USD 100, whichever is greater.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you materially breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law.
Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights and limitation of liability — shall remain in effect.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
